This leading global investment bank have a requirement for an experienced project manager to join their property team.
Reporting to the head of Property you will be responsible for managing the banks office fit out projects. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, from direct team members and internal client representatives through to contractors, vendors and consultants. You will take guidance from your manager on design requirements and corporate standards, coordinate with businesses and departments to identify facility needs and incorporate into the design brief, set up lines of communication and approval processes with the project team and establish client briefs for the premises and attend design and project meetings. Travel throughout Asia Pacific will be required from time to time to monitor project progress if required.
You will be degree qualified in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Engineering with at least 5 years of industry experience in project management. Exposure to interior design and project process is essential, while an understanding of premise operations would be advantage. Knowledge of international bank fit-out projects will be highly regarded. Proven skills in working with internal business units and external consultants and contractors will be critical to your success.
