My client is an established, dynamic firm of private practice construction consultants providing project management and cost management services to a good variety of clients in the private sectors. They are now seeking a PROJECT MANAGER or SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER to join their LONDON office in the City of London. You will join their thriving office and will have the opportunity to work on a range of complex industrial warehousing projects both for new build and for fit out which are across the U.K. and possibly some in Europe too. You will need to have a BSc in a Built Environment subject and ideally be MRICS or MAPM qualified or have previous good front end project management experience gained with another firm of consultants in the construction industry. You should have experience of pre-contract management services, development management, programme management, contract administration etc. and previous experience of working on industrial sheds is essential. You will have the opportunity of working on other project types too. You will need good organisational skills and excellent client facing skills too. Salary is very negotiable discretionary bonus.
