Responsibilities:
- Ensure that interior architecture is designed and built to achieve the required standards of aesthetics, materials and workmanship
- Assist in the development and implementation of guiding principles for the interior design development of HKIA
- Lead a team of design consultants to ensure requirements of project owner and user are incorporated into designs in a cost effective manner
- Prepare functional briefs, technical specifications and standards for architectural elements in compliance with project owners' and users' requirements
- Co-ordinate design and construction interface issues and proactively identify and resolve problems
Requirements:
- Degree and professional qualification in Architecture. Master of Arts degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized educational institution an advantage.
- Member of HKIA or other relevant professional bodies
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, of which at least 8 years' experience in interior architectural design
- Solid experience in management of Architectural design and multi-disciplinary construction works
