HOTEL / CASINO GROUP - MACAU
Our client is a leading international hotel/casino group and due to expansion have a current need for a Senior FF&E Designer and FF&E Designer
Requirements:
- Min. 8yrs experience in 5 star hospitality FF&E
- Meticulous & detail oriented - ensure specifications meet standard in terms of both format & content.
- Responsible for checking & red lining the junior FFE team members work and developing the team's skills
- Excellent aesthetic/ colour sense
- Able to lead & inspire a small team (proven experience for Senior Designer role)
- Able to produce detailed & accurate FF&E budgets
- Able to work to very strict deadlines and put in the extra hours when necessary
- Have an excellent knowledge of HK/ China sources
- Have a detailed knowledge of furniture construction and represent ID dept on factory QC checks
- Confident enough to question manufacturers methods (Mandarin language skill a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent English language skills
