Our client, a major international household name are looking to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager. Based in Beijing , you will be responsible for the drive and implementation, and management of circa 1,000,000 sqaure feet. You will be required to deliver and develop strategic relationships with key individuals on portfolio planning and management, space utilisation strategies effecting occupancy, selecting and managing regional vendors to insure service delivery of real estate and corporate facilities.Building service strategies, procurement sourcing strategy. People manage, build and develop a strong team that can deliver.
You must have at least 8 years experience in a corporate real estate and facilities management industry specific to the Asian region. You will have demonstrable experience in real estate, design, construction, transaction management, project management and facilities management.The ideal candidate will have experience working for a major corporate and posses a relevant qualification. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MBA. This is a very exciting opportunity to work within one of the largest and most influtential companies in the world.
