A large well established international architectural practice, offering high quality design and project management services to major local and overseas clients, have a number of opportunities for senior architects, design and project architects
Based in Hong Kong, you will be involved in large mixed-use projects in the Middle East and Asia regions. Your main duties will involve design and technical co-ordination, contract administration, planning and control of projects. You will also be required to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure the successful delivery of projects .
You will ideally be a registered architect with a minimum 10 and 5 years experience respectively. You will possess excellent client liaison and co-ordination skills, with strong design flair and technical knowledge. You will be adept at leading a team and managing projects successfully on time and on budget.
