This rapidly expanding independent firm is based in Central London and focuses only on tenant and occupier fitout work. This award winning company works with well-known clients and are industry leaders within their specialism. This is a social and friendly company with creative ideas. The company are hiring to increase their project management team in line with their planned growth.
Your new role
You will be working with clients, acting as their Project Manager for their office relocation and interior fit out. You will be carrying out meetings with the clients, building and maintaining relationships, supervising projects to ensure milestones are hit.
What you need to succeed
You will possess extensive experience in a similar advisory role; especially dealing with fitout. Knowledge of procurement, RIBA work stages and managing budgets and KPIs is essential. You will either be from a project management, quantity surveying or architecture background with a relevant degree. RICS status and use of CAD are desirable however not essential. You will be a creative individual with innovative ideas and personality.
