We currently have an urgent requirement for a number of Project Directors and Senior Project Managers for hotel/casino projects in Manila.
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 15 years of project management /construction work experience
- Have a degree in engineering or Building or PM related disciplines.
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English and able to communicate with people at all levels effectively.
- Experience in client facing roles with multinational clients
- Experience on high end hotel projects and or casino projects
- Experience in managing design, cost and program for complex projects
- Proficient in working with all Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Powerpoint.
Role
- Working closely with owner /client on delivery to meet the project schedule.
- Direct the project with management as it relates to budget, revised design, construction and potential schedule impact.
- Direct matters relating to Value Engineering (VE) and the potential impact of VE on the project budget and schedule.
- Direct and provide support to the Construction Management Team to ensure the adequate and timely flow of information, designs, technical data and feedback, to meet the stringent construction schedule requirements on the project.
- Direct, monitor and control the progress and development of all related project deliverables through the various stages of the project in accordance with the company policy.
- Direct, track and ensure the prompt delivery of any project deliverable and all reporting activities.
