Responsibilities:
- To monitor operation of FM projects throughout Hong Kong SAR to client's expectations
- To set up all standard procedures & control systems on FM projects & ensure that they are strictly followed by FM site teams
- To handle client relationship management to ensure their satisfaction with performance
- To work with the Head of FM to develop business
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Facility/Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline
- Member of relevant professional organization preferred (e.g. IFMA, HKIFM, HKIS, BIFM, MCIH, MHKIH, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Facility/Property Management with 5 years at managerial level
- Good communication & interpersonal skills; good analytical mind with problem solving techniques
- Self-motivated & highly organized
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
