A well-established consulting firm is looking for someone to manage the facilities of their clients.
Responsibility:
Responsible for providing excellent facilities management services to their clients.
Manage various facilities including E&M system, Access Control, BMS & CCTV system.
Manage contractors for renovation & alternation
Essential skills/experience:
Strong communication skills and good team player
Strong problem solving skills and customer-oriented.
8 years or above experience in MVAC, BMS & Control System installation / maintenance
Qualifications:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related subjects
Language requirement:
English, Cantonese & Mandarin
