Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager – Total solutions provider for critical environments and IT infrastructure from consultant services, design, implementation, project / system management and support services

A well-established consulting firm is looking for someone to manage the facilities of their clients.

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for providing excellent facilities management services to their clients
  • Manage various facilities including E&M system, Access Control, BMS & CCTV system
  • Manage contractors for renovation & alternation

 

Essential skills/experience:

  • Strong communication skills and good team player
  • Strong problem solving skills and customer-oriented.
  • 8 years or above experience in MVAC, BMS & Control System installation / maintenance

 

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related subjects

 

Language requirement:

  • English, Cantonese & Mandarin
