JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is created to implement the Integrated Facility Service Model to align with the company’s growth objectives. IFS Director will provide leadership, management, and achieve operational excellence to the company & client accounts in line with strategy, policies, objectives, processes and practices.
Key responsibilities for this position
- Provide leadership and account management of KAs
- Project management of change activities
- Accountability for overall performance
- Accountability for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Leveraging the corporate support of supply chain management, project and development services, and subject
- matter experts to deliver “best in class” solutions for the KAs
- Ensuring the team successfully completes scheduled activities and provide prompt and courteous response to
- customer requests
- Training and developing the necessary skill sets within the KA team to meet the Contract performance and
- obligations in the KA
- Achieving contract/ agreed targets of achievement of KPIs and SLA’s
- Managing budget, equipment and materials on behalf of KA stakeholders
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of service delivery in accordance with contract
- Liaising with regional and local counterparts to share ideas and proposal concepts
- Understanding the contracts terms & conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and taking
- ownership for outcomes
- Providing the technical and management direction for all facility management services and tapping into resources to reduce costs and increase satisfaction
- Proactive participation and lead when necessary in inter-business unit marketing initiatives
- Identify sales opportunities & achieve contract extensions or additional business within the accounts
Job Requirements for this position
Education
University Degree – preferably in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business,
Engineering or a Property Related field or otherwise have a proven track record of
equivalent achievement.
Previous Job Experience
At least 10 years’ related experience of Facilities Management and/ or IFS account
management work experience of which 5 years at senior managerial level

- contractual frames
- Excellent English language and communication skills, spoken as well as written
Specialized Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially MS Project and
PowerPoint
