Our client is one of the leading workplace design firms in Asia with over 350 staff in 12 offices across the region.
They currently have a need for a Country Head for their Thailand operations to be based in Bangkok / Singapore.
The Country Head will be responsible for :
- Managing the Design Studio or Designers, Project Managers and other support staff
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of design proposals
- Business Development and client management
- Oversee billing in conjunction with project and finance team
- Training, mentoring and management of employees
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized University
- Extensive experience in workplace design.
- At least 2-3 years experience in a leadership position
- Experience in Asia (preferably with some experience in Thailand)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of competence in technology.
