Required by a leading international office fit-out contractor.
- Degree, Diploma, Certificate in QS or Building Studies
- Min 7 yrs experience in commercial management/quantity surveying/cost control
- Experience in budgeting, tendering, estimating and cost control
- Manage and review contractors. Sub-contractors, suppliers quotations
- Invoices & payments, reports financial cost, cash flow projections
- Preparation of final accounts
- Experience in commercial/office fit-out projects or A&A works
- Good verbal and written communication skills
