- Experience in Hotel / hospitality construction.
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building / Civil Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
- At least 10 + years' experience.
- Experience in Asia is a definite advantage
- Proven record demonstrating good commercial acumen
Good leadership skills - Excellent command of spoken and written English.
