Required by an International Design Company. Due to increasing project success in large scale retail projects in Hong Kong + China we are seeking a Authorized Person/s (Architect). We are seeking a creative qualified person to work closely with design teams to create high value / creative design as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Registered Architect / Authorized Person (Hong Kong)
- Project administration experience for variety of building types; familiar with local Building Laws & Construction Contract
- Oversee detailed design/ contract documentation
- Strong design interests
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills required (Chinese & English)
- Experience in retail is preferable
