Work with the Project Management consultancy team of a leading top 10 global real estate business. This consultancy specialises in the commercial development sector, which includes: office CAT A/B fit out, public sector works, education, leisure, sport and Government projects. They are expanding their Project Management team to accommodate their pipe-line of upcoming projects and require an experience PM to work across project delivery, assurance and consulting. They are looking to hire an Associate Project Manager to join their London HQ and manage and lead a team for the development of high profile projects valued between £500,000 and £100 million for a number of select corporate clients.
Remuneration:
£69,000 - £80,000 + Bonus

Job Role;
This commercially based consultancy is focused on the delivery of high profile projects and strategic consulting with their clients on a number of short to medium term assignments. Their work is a mix of new tendered business and support of the wider goals of the real-estate group. This candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a close team of consultants but work across departments of a larger, leading international business.
The successful Project Manager will handle the management of these projects from feasibility through to the design, tender and delivery stages. You will need a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture. You will need to be dynamic, handle projects autonomously and be comfortable working in a team. Requirements:
- MRICS/MAPM Qualification
- Ability to manage a team and work independently to a professional standard
- Good experience within a number of industry sectors
- Good technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ideally based in or near London
- Actively seeks out continuous self development, broadening knowledge and experience
