INTERIOR ARCHITECT
Our client, an expanding international corporate interiors design company are currently searching for a high caliber individual to join their growing Hong Kong team.
Requirements :
- Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design from an overseas University.
- Min 8 yrs experience in high end workplace corporate interiors design
- Experience working in the US, UK, Australia
- Strong conceptual design skills
- Good client and design staff management skills
- Preparation of design bids and fee proposals
- Ability to make professional presentations
- Full range of documentation and production skills
- Ability to build and manage a design studio
- Develop business and engage with corporate end users, real estate brokers and project management consultancies.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Cantonese preferred)
