Senior Architects
- HKIA Registered Architects or equivalent.
- 5 years plus experience
- Good Design and Documentation Skills
- Excellent Client Liaison and Presentation Skills
- Proven track record on large scale projects
- Spoken Chinese (Mandarin) a plus but not essential
Associate and above
- 10 Years experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent multi team management
- Strong understanding and experience in large-scale mixed-use projects.
